These terms

These terms apply to event tickets purchased directly from Swig & Solve. Please read them alongside our Refund and Cancellation Policy before booking. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.

The event description and the terms available when you book form part of your booking agreement. Later changes to these terms will not alter an existing booking unless we agree with you or a change is required by law.

Bookings and payment

Please check the event date, time, location, ticket quantity and any participation requirements before paying. You must provide accurate contact details so that we can send your booking confirmation and important event updates.

Your booking is accepted when we send a booking confirmation following successful payment. If we cannot accept your booking, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total price, including any applicable taxes and compulsory charges, is displayed before you pay. Tickets include only the items and activities expressly stated in the event description.

If you book for other people, please ensure they receive the event information and understand the participation requirements.

Attending an event

Please arrive by the advertised arrival time and bring your booking confirmation. Late entry may be restricted where admitting you would disrupt the event or create a safety concern. We do not guarantee additional time or a repeat session if you arrive late.

Any age restrictions or other entry requirements will be stated in the event description before booking. Attendees must follow reasonable safety instructions and venue rules.

Please contact us if you need information about accessibility or reasonable adjustments. We will discuss your requirements and make reasonable adjustments where required by law.

We may refuse admission or require someone to leave where reasonably necessary because of abusive behaviour, serious disruption, dangerous conduct or intoxication that affects safety or other guests. Any decision to retain payment will be proportionate and subject to your legal rights.

Food and drinks are included only where the event description says so. Purchases made separately from the venue are contracts with that venue. Alcohol is subject to licensing requirements and lawful age checks.

Cancellations and ticket transfers

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the ten-working-day refund deadline, late cancellations, missed events and requests to transfer tickets. Please read it before purchasing.

Tickets for leisure activities on a specified date do not normally carry the statutory 14-day cooling-off right. This does not affect your rights if we cancel the event or fail to provide the service as legally required.

Changes or cancellations by us

We may make minor changes that do not materially affect the advertised experience. If we cancel an event or make a significant change to its date, location or main content, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer the options set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent an event from going ahead, we will explain the position and your options. This does not remove any refund or other rights you have under the law.

Our responsibilities

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the booking description. If something goes wrong, please tell the event host promptly so that we have an opportunity to put it right.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by your own actions or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Questions and complaints

Please send booking questions or complaints to , including your booking reference and a description of the issue. You can also contact us on 07435 561258 or write to our correspondence address above.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and resolve them as promptly as reasonably possible.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections and rights to bring proceedings in their local courts that apply to them.
